For being admitted to the Three year LL.B course, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree from Bangalore University or any other University recognized as equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in all the Degree examinations put together. Minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination shall not be below 45% (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%) of total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% of total marks in case of SC and ST applicants. Admission to the course is made strictly on the basis of the merit.


Candidates seeking admission to the Five year LL.B course should have passed PUC or 10+2 pattern.Additionally, any academic qualifications which are considered equivalent to such 10+2 courses by the Bar Council of India are also eligible. The selection of the meritorious students is done on the basis of their credentials and personal interview. Minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination shall not be below 45% (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%) of total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% (39.5% and above shall be treated as 40%) of total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.
