K.L.E. Society has today spread its tentacles in every branch of knowledge. Law is the major component of the civilized society. Life is dynamic and coping up with the dynamics of law in essentially required. In the present day scenario the legal professional needs to reach out to the society as a social engineer and a legal clinician. The independent institution cannot reach out to the public and cannot fulfill this unconventional role, which is the need of the hour. K.L.E. Society’s Law Colleges have taken up this daunting job by creating the K.L.E. SOCIETY’S LAW ACCADEMY giving scope and space for unconventional research converting it into intellectual property for the benefit of the society.

Preamble:“Development is essential for every Institution. In the present context of globalization, the branch of law is gaining importance with other unconventional branches of knowledge like Intellectual Property, Cyber Laws etc. An individual institution may find it difficult to cope up with the emerging challenges of the global scenario. A collective endeavor and efficiency is essential for success. In this direction, all the five law colleges of the K. L. E. Society would like to come under one umbrella of the K. L. E. Society’s Law Academy having its mother roots at Belgaum and achieve the desired holistic development”.

Objectives :Enhancement of knowledge base of the society / stakeholders through workshops etc. The faculty and students are encouraged to create knowledge resources.

Dissemination of knowledge by organizing legal literacy programmes publishing Journals, participation in symposia, Guest Lectures etc

To inculcate and improve the research skills of faculty members and students by holding Law Fest which shall include State/ National / International level Moot Court competitions, Essay competitions, Quiz, Mock Parliament etc.
