Admissions open for Certificate Course in Infotech Law |

IIITLaw.pdf | The International Institute of Information Technology Law (www.iiitlaw.org)& KLE Society's Law Academy are jointly starting a basic certificate course in Infotech Law.
The course is expected to create an understanding of the basic tools of Information Technology and current state of National/International Infotech Laws and their impact on the IT Industry and society.

 | KLE Society's Law College on Wednesday announced the inauguration of the second batch for its certificate course exclusively on cyber laws.
Principal J M Mallikarjunaiah told the first batch of 56 students completed the six month course. The course focusses on the IT Act 2000 and sections of the Act that relate to cyber crime.
Security aspects of the IT sector and how laws can be adopted for it are also part of the course, he added. Its application is wide, even by those using the ubiquitous mobile phone, he said.
The course is open not just for law students but also advocates, teachers and other students.
If applicants do not have a bachelor's degree, they will be selected based on an aptitude test for basic knowledge of IT, Mallikarjunaiah added.
